We would like to inform you that the worker shall be entitled to fully paid annual leave and also a fully paid public holiday and a sick leave calculated as follows:
Complete wage for the first 15 days
Half the wage for the following 30 days
The period after (45) days shall be unpaid.
Article 74
Each worker shall be entitled to leave with full pay on the following occasions:
1. New Year's Day (Higra): one day.
2. New Year's Day (Gregorian): one day.
3. Eid Al Fitr: two days.
4. Eid Al Adha: three days.
5. Birthday of Prophet Mohammed: one day.
6. Al Isra and Al Mi’raj: one day;
7. National Day: one day.
Article 75
A worker shall, for each year of service, be entitled to an annual leave of not less than:
1. Two days a month, where the worker’s period of service is more than six months but less than one year.
2. 30 days a year, where the worker’s period of service is more than one year.
Where a worker's service is terminated, he shall be entitled to annual leave in respect of fractions of the last year.

Article 60 of the UAE Labor Law states:
No amount shall be deducted from the wage of the worker for special rights except in the following cases:
A) Refund of advances or amounts paid to the worker in excess of his right, provided that the remuneration in this case shall not exceed 10% of the worker's periodic wage.
B) The premiums that the workers must legally pay from their wages such as social security and insurance policies.
C) Contributions of the employee to the Provident Fund or the advances due to the Fund
D) The installments of any social project or any other benefits or services provided by the employer, stipulated in the Labor Department.
E) The penalties imposed on the worker for the offenses he commits.
F- Every debt collected in accordance with a court order, provided that the amount payable, pursuance of the judgment shall not exceed one quarter of the wage due to the worker. If multiple debts or multiple creditors considered the upper half of the wage and divided amounts required to be booked between the recipients of the apportionment of a fine after the payment of the debt of legal maintenance by a quarter of the wage.

the conditions that require the employer to ban the worker are:
- Terminating his employment relationship with the employer illegally and violating the provisions of the Labor Law, such as omission of the warning period in non-fixed-term contracts, for example, or terminating the fixed-term contract
- committing an offense mentioned in Article 120 of the Labor Code
- The worker to work with others without a permit issued by the ministry
- The worker's stay in the state after the end of the labor relationship for any reason and for more than two months without any legal excuse
- Unskilled labor who did not complete the period of 6 months' work with his current employer has never worked in the country at all.
