We would like to inform you that if the work is terminate legally, then the Kuwaiti Labor Law requires the employer to pay the ticket for the worker to leave the country.
If he refuses to do so, the worker can file a complaint against him at the Labor Office.
As for working in Canada, you can get work visa if you get a job through any of the Canadian recruitment websites which post jobs that required in Canada, then you apply to the embassy for work visa. Or you can get visit visa and look for work there during the visit.
