Treatment of gastritis:
gastritis is an inflammation or erosion in the lining of stomach , we can treat it by avoiding hot,spicy food, antiacid like omeprazole 40 mg befor meals, triple therapy (omeprazole,metronidazole,clarithromycin)for 2 weeks in cases of H.pylori.
Diagnosis of gastritis:
diagnosis made by symptoms , medical history , clinical examination , gastroscope , detection of H.pylori in stool.
