Diagnosis of the cause of fever and general weakness:

It depends on the clinical examination of your doctor and investigations as CBC to detect bacterial infection, chest x-ray for respiratory infection, stool analysis for gastoenteritis, urine analysis for UTI, billirubin for cholecystitis...etc

Causes of fever and general weakness:

It may be due to many different causes as:

• Respiratory infection which associated with cough, sputum production
• Gastroenteritis which associated with diarrhea, abdominal pain
• UTI which associated with dysuria, change urine colour and amount
• Cholecystitis which associated with abdominal pain, fever, jaundice
