We would like to inform you that, the end of service benefits shal be calculated according to the number of years of work upon the new contract, but if you travel to your country you will be entitled to get the airfare tickets.
A worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to end of service gratuity, and shall not enter the days of absence from work without pay in calculating the period of service.
The gratuity shall be calculated as follows:
