According to the decision no 5 for 2016 regarding regulating and transplanting human organs, you cannot sell or buy human organs as the law states the following:
-it is prohibited :
-sell or buy human organs, all or part f them, or human tissue by any mean or to take money for it in return
-to conduct transferring or transplanting operations, or to participate in them in case it they are violating the provisions of this law
- to advertise, announce, promote or mediate the unlicensed transplanting operations for all or part of the human tissue or organs
-Financing transplanting operations for all or part of the human tissue or organs once a person know that the donator has been paid to donate
