I want to go to italy I have uae driving license...

You are supposed to find a job in Italy first before you can apply for the Italian embassy to get a work visa, as the private employer will have to do this step, because work permits are usually issued ONLY if the job is in a profession which is needed in Italy as human forces or if the job was advertised locally and no suitable candidate has been found fit or someone from another country in the European Union. It is also the employer's responsibility to prove that he / she has already sought to obtain candidates in Italy and did not succeed, and was forced to accept application from The European Union applicants.
The employer will also need to provide proof of your qualifications, and shall ask you for copies of your C.V and qualifications to submit to the Ministry of Labor.

 

Once the employer initiates your application for a work visa, you will have one month to complete your application at the local embassy in your country. When you do submit your application, you will need to submit a complete application form, attached with the following documents:
• A certified copy of your work contract
• Valid passport (At least four months)
• A certificate of Good Conduct
• A medical certificate Exam proves your fitness and bear no infectious diseases
