Please I want to know if u misplaced ur passport...

You have to inform the police about the loss of your passport and obtain a statement from the police that the passport has been lost

 If you are a foreigner, you must go to the embassy of your country to request extraction, and lose your passport. 

Attach the below documents :

* A valid residence in Qatar

 * Country ID

 * Personal Photo

 * Paying fees for lost passport.

We would like to inform you that if you wish to obtain a replacement passport instead of the lost one, you shall submit a report at the police station, then go to your country's embassy and apply for a replacement passport with submitting the following requirements:
 
- Recent 4 personal photographs that are colored and have a white background in addition to two photographs of each child added to the passport.
- Attach a copy of the lost passport, if any, and attach a copy of the family book, a copy of the ID card and the passport sequence, if any.

- Attach a police report and two copies of it.
 
You may be asked to post the police report in two daily newspapers and you may be asked for a money as a guarantee to prove the seriousness of the application. As these matters are determined according to the applicable laws in your country.
