Please note that if you have Guinean nationality and reside in the State of Kuwait and wish to marry in Grinda, you may first conclude the marriage personally without the need for a power of attorney ,if you were able to travel and, after obtaining a visa that allows you to go to Granada, the conditions for marriage are the following documents:
1- Passport
2- Residence, even temporary, in Grenada, and a visa may be presented to indicate legal entry into the country.
3- A certificate proving the absence of illness and indicating the extent of sound capacity for marriage
4- A certificate indicating the marital status of the person to be married, and whether or not she has ever been married, indicating the marital status
5- Not to be reluctant to marry a foreigner, and get a certificate from the court or municipal department according to the name in the country for that party and then accomplish the marriage ceremony in the municipality in the presence of witnesses .
