We would like to inform you that you have to remove the reasons for which the Australian citizenship application was rejected and reapplied again
To apply for Australian citizenship, you must contact the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) at 131 880, noting that the closest Moorland Population Service Office of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship is located at the following address: Casselden Place 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne.
The Ministry provides you with information about your eligibility to acquire Australian citizenship and how to apply for it.
The process of applying for citizenship includes paying some fees and conducting a personal interview with a ministry employee, knowing that this process takes about six weeks.
Once your citizenship application is approved, you will be invited to the following citizenship ceremony, scheduled to be held in Moreland.
Moreland City Council organizes seven ceremonies annually - on behalf of the federal government, each holding about 120 Moreland residents with Australian citizenship. Mayor of Morland presides over the ceremonies.
You can obtain the Australian citizenship application form from the Councils Citizen Service Centers, or from the offices of the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship, or by downloading the form from the Federal Government'scitizenship website.

Submitted to the Home Affairs including evidences as follows:* I visit Australia frequently since 2008.* My wife and children got citizenship, but we live overseas.* I visit Australia 1-2 months every year.* I became a PR since 2010 (skilled migrant).* I hold NSW driver licence and own registered vehicle.* I have bank account in NSW.* I'm an active member of Engineers Australia and a main committee member overseas.* I have been refused citizenship in 2013 due to lack of ~1 month residence days onshore, as I was unable to do it due to joining a new job overseas.* My wife's extending family are Australians living in NSW.* I paid Au Tax for 2017 and 2018 though working fully offshore.I applied citizenship 2019. It was refused on 11/2019 due to:- Not being PR for 1 month in the last 12 months. - Absence more than 365 days in the last 4 years.I applied to AAT an appeal in response of the above points:- Application for that PR was made a month in before the due date, but immigration office processed my PR in 2 months. That resulted in 1 month not holding a PR.- I cannot be in Australia except 1-2 month per year, because my wife who is Australian wanted to continue being in her permanent teacher overseas since 4 years and we wanted our children to be in a multicultural multilingual schools till they complete their primary education as part of their social life development. My query:1- Can an experienced lawyer attend and use the law to change this decision or ourselves to insist that the 1 month RP gap is not under my control and living in Australia is a family decision (not self) in order to allow AAT make their decision whatever the result is?2- Can I stop paying the tax at this moment till I physically live and work in Australia?3- Which action is more beneficial for citizenship, paying tax or paying deposits to buy a property? Please help me with your thoughts and guidance.. Thank you.M.Yoosof+97433820182m.yoosof@hotmail.com

I am not residing in the country and tax is high. So, it is better to cancel as they never consider it or even state in the documents. I am looking for he best way. Kindly, recommend the lawyer to deal with such matters. Is it really required for me to attend or the AAT will attend on behalf of me. If me and immigrant department disagree, AAT will decide.

At least you should guide me to a website for lawyers who deal in citizenship like in the UK. I do not know why in Australia you guys are not clear and try to twist things when you do not have an answer. It is better to say you do not know than being arrogant. Thank you.
