According to the law in Dubai, the government obliges the employer to process a health insurance for their employees ONLY and not their families. On the other hand, the sponsors have to cover the costs of the insurance policies required for their employees. In case of any violation and not commitment gives the employee the right to claim the employer of issuing the Health Card.
