hi, I have received termination from employer and he has sent me end of term allowances. But he did not include unpaid comission. I aksed, why isnt this included. He said I am not obligated to pay this.

Thanks for your reply. My termination letter says any unpaid commissions will be calculated. HOWEVER, my work contract doesn't mention about settling commissions on termination or resignation. My case is termination
