• If you already have an entry permit/residence visa in Dubai, check your visa validity through Amer-GDRFA in Dubai.

regarding to residents of UAE, the law grants them a 30-day grace period to either amend the situation, provide new sponsorship for them and their sponsors, or leave the country. No fines shall apply during that period.
If the grace period ends and the resident exceeds 30 days, he will be fined AED 125 for the first day, and AED 25 for each subsequent day.
After six months of exceeding the stay period after the grace period and expiry of the residence, he will be fined AED 50 for each day exceeded.
