How i can apply for poland cityzenship?

We would like to inform you that the applicant must bring the following documents:
1. The application is submitted to the President of Poland to obtain Polish citizenship.
2. Any documents proving identity and nationality, in addition to other documents confirming the data contained in the application form, for example: the applicant’s marriage certificate or other document proving the civil status, documents proving the identity and nationality of the husband, and documents that prove the identity and nationality of the minor children mentioned in Application for application, documents proving Polish citizenship (or loss) for grandparents or family members, documents indicating professional, political and social achievements, etc.;
3. Photo (s) of the persons mentioned in the application (the photo must be taken during the last six months and the same size used in the passport)
Please note:
The application must be submitted in Polish after signing and writing the date. The original documents should be brought to the consulate for conformity. Foreign documents must be translated into Polish and approved by the consul.
You may see the consulate or advisory body of the President of Poland that it is necessary to request additional documents or to hold an interview with the applicant. As for documents submitted to the consulate, they cannot be retrieved or used for other purposes
