You have to report your sickness 

The labor Law articles stipulate, 

 

Taking into consideration the regulations of article 24 of the UAE labor law
1. A worker shall not be entitled to any paid sick leave during the probationary period.
2. A worker who contracts illness after completing three months, following the probationary period, in the continuous service of an employer shall be entitled to a sick leave not exceeding 90 days, successive or otherwise, in respect of
each year of service, to be calculated as follows.
• The first 15 days: with full pay.
• The next 30 days: with half pay.
• Any subsequent periods: without pay.

 

The illness that requires sick-leave can be proved by a prescription or results paper from the doctor appointed by the employer or the responsible doctor in the government health clinic / hospital. If a dispute occurs regarding the entitlement of the leave or its duration limit, the government doctor’s certificate is the one approved for such cases.
As of regarding incurable diseases, they are exempted by a decision of the competent minister, provided that there must be a specifying for the type of these diseases.
If your employer does not respond, you have to file a complaint against the employer at n the Ministry of Human Affairs
