I am trying to concieve for 7 months but still no...

What are the tips you should do to get pregnant ?
1.you should do preconception checkup by your doctor to take a full medical history and to examine you and do CBC test
2. take folic acid supplememts
3. stop smoking or alcohol drinking
4. take multivitamins supplement
having sex three days before ovulation and through out the ovulation time.5.
6. lay for at least 15-20 minute after having sex
7. dont go to the bathroom after having sex

• at fisrst your husband have to do semen analysis
• CBC to exclude anemia
• prolactin , fsh,lh
• prgesterone , estrogen blood levels
• fsh, t3,t4
• ultrasonogram for pelvis to role out overian cyst or uterine abnormalities
• hystrosalpingeogram to excule fallopian tube  stirctutre

what are the causes of infertility ?
