In case your inquiry is about that the employer has terminated your work contract legally and did not renew, the worker who is not listed on Social Insurance Law is entitled to receive the end-of-service benefits. It is calculated as half a month's wage for each of the first three years and a month's salary for each of the years to follow the first three.
If the employer refuses to pay the worker's entitlements, the worker can file a complaint at his Ministry of Labor against the employer.

Article 116
The worker not subject to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law shall be entitled upon the termination of his contract to a reward equivalent to the wage of half a month for each year of service for the first three years and the wage of one month for each subsequent year. The worker shall be entitled to a reward for the fraction of a year, the period of service he spent with the employer.
