We would like to inform you that the worker shall be entitled to an annual leave for thirty days for each year, and the wage will be paid before it is performed if the work contract has expired or has been terminated by one of the two parties without the worker having obtained his annual leave.

If the contract is broken by the employer, and for a reason that does not belong to the worker, the employer is obliged to provide a ticket to return the worker to his country in addition to paying compensation equal to the total wages for a month, and any other entitlements of the worker to the employer, and any other compensation that may be decided by the court.
A worker who has completed one or more years of continuous service shall be entitled to severance pay at the end of his employment. The days of absence from work without pay shall not be included in calculating the period of service. The severance pay shall be calculated as follows:
1. 14 days' wage for each of the first five years of service.
2. A worker shall be entitled to severance pay for any fraction of a year he actually served, provided that he has completed one year of continuous service

The worker deserves a reward for the fractions of the last year in proportion to the amount he spent on the job, provided that he has completed a year of continuous service.
