According to the federal labor law regulating the nature of the contractual relationship between the worker and the employer Article (37(
Article 37
A worker may be employed on probation for a period not exceeding six months, during which the employer without notice or severance pay may terminate his services. A worker shall not be placed on probation more than once with the same employer. Where a worker successfully completes the period of probation and continues in employment, the said period shall be calculated as part of his period of service.
We would like to inform you that according to the UAE Labor Law, if oone of the contract parties don’t want to renew then he shall notify the employer before a month of finishing the contract and visa. If he didn’t notify then the sponsor can renew and the worker is forced with the new visa and contract.
If you want to leave the work ,then the below article states:
Article (116):
Where a contract is revoked by the worker for reasons other than those stipulated in Article (121), he shall be required to compensate the employer for any damage the latter sustains as a result, provided that the amount of compensation shall not exceed half a month wage for three months or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever is shorter, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
So if you want to terminate the contract then you will be forced to pay the visa expenses, then the sponsor will ban you and you will be forced to leave the country.
Therefore, we advise you to settle with the employer amiably to terminate the work.
