good day mam..im geraldine from sharjah..i work in...
good day mam..im geraldine from sharjah..i work in cleaning company..what i will do because my employer push me to wrte a resignation paper and he did not give my salary for 42 days because he said that i have to pay a penalty for 45 days..since january 12 i stop go to work because i dont have allowance for the whole month..last time he let me to come his house to make a hand written resignation paper..he want me to copy his own version of resignation letter but i didnt do.thats why he dont send my salary to my atm..now he pushing me to buy my ticket to go back to philippines..he said that i cant stay in acomodation because im not longer belong to the company..he said he need my ticket and he will cancel my visa..what should i do?
