Asslamalikum sir i need a information of about visa.

We are staying in sharjah with residents visa.on feb 25 the my husband have reach 60 years the education instition is not exceeding his visa.he send request letter to director to extend my service atleast end of the sem.becz my daughter stuyding in same university. He also working in same university.but they are nit agree about this we have finance problem also.
