We would like to inform you that you have to go to the Residence and Foreign Affairs where you reside and apply to get exit permit and attach the below:

·         Original and copy of the mother and father's passport.

·         The child's passport or travel document from the embassy or consulate.

·         Original and copy of the child's birth certificate.

·         A request from the father that he wishes to issue a permit to leave the child.

·         Bring the travel ticket, as the departure permit is not issued until after the travel ticket is brought in.

·         If there is separation, bring a divorce certificate and custody ruling for those who have custody, whether for the mother or the father.

·         Two personal photos.
