Company change

Regarding the actual Qatari Labor Law the following conditions have to be fulfilled to apply for employer/sponsor change:

• You must complete two years inside the country with the same sponsor.

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your sponsor to transfer to the new one.

• Approval of the new sponsor.

• Your actual sponsor, and the new sponsor and you have to sign the sponsorship transfer form.

 The following fees may apply Sponsor Change:

• first time: QR 2000 for companies, QR 1000 for individuals.

• second time: QR 2500 for companies, QR 1500 for individuals.

• third time or more: QR 3000 for companies, QR 2000 for individuals.

Required Documents:

1. Copy of your passport.

2. Copy of computer card for both companies.

3. Copy of I.D card for the present and new sponsor and also for employee

4. Copy of valid municipal license for the new sponsor.

6. Police clearance certificate from relevant authorities.

7. No objection certificate from current sponsor.
