Good Morning Mr. Mohammed I hope that all is well, let me please tell you about my case.I had a bank loan before, then by the time I kept paying my installment normally. until the day where I lost my job then i had some difficulties to pay. then it goes like that I couldn't pay for almost a year until the day where I started a new job, I immediately start again to pay the bank back without any delay until I finish all my loan payment. So at this stage, I have 0 balance with the bank. Then I want to renew my loan again, the bank told me we can't give it to you until after 3 years' time. I want to know if that is correct or not.
