then why it is transperent ?

- normal colour for seminal fluied as yellowish white and heavy 
- there is some congenital anamolies which combined hypospadius by testicular atrophy 
- or cryptorchadism where the testis is in inguinal canal with hernia which cause atrophy too 

how to be sure ?

- by seminal fluied analysis
- scrotal ultrasound 
- retrograde ascending urethrogram 

How to treart?

- uroligst surgery for hypospadius

- zinc
