Hi good evening madam. my employer is still not cancelling and settle my Gratuity, un used leaves, ticket, and my last salary for more that 2 months now. My last working day was 31 October 2019 and I’ve given my letter of resignation last 15 August 2019. My visa has been expired also last 31 October 2019 under DMCC. In past few months he just make false promises to me he told me he will pay but apparently it was not happened until 1 time he said he cannot settle mine as my other colleague who filed a labour case against him is not responding to his inquiries. He said until that colleague of mine will speak to him then he said he will make a settlement to me. Is this really has something to do with my settlement? Thank you
