You have to go to the Department of Foreign Affairs and put a request for a reconciliation and paying the Over-Stay Fine. Then, apply for residence renewal. Keep in mind that, the money is paid to Competent Department of Foreign Affairs within Ten Days of informing the accused of his / her overstay. Therefore, te case will be automatically dropped with all ramifications. Finally, be informed that the Head of Foreign Affairs Department or his deputy reject the reconciliation, if he finds the accused guilty and over-stayed
