that foreigners who want to work in Japan need to obtain a work visa from the Japanese embassy or consulate outside Japan to enter Japan in case of residence permit. Therefore, you should first look for job through a recruitment site or through a friend so that you can get on your visa, where the employer will apply it to the immigration authorities on your behalf as early as the date of commencement of employment. If you are still outside Japan as technically, you are not allowed to enter Japan to seek work.
