how can u help me if I lost my emiratis ID

We would like to inform you that Application for the issuance of a lost through the service channels (print offices, electronic form on the Authority's website 
Smart application of the Federal Authority for Identity and Nationality, centers of the main dealers for the immediate service applicants).

• Submit the following documents:

1. The origin of the residence is valid passport
2. Original passport valid
3. Check for a record and ID number
4. The purpose of this feature is to announce the loss or theft of the card in order to cancel the card and issue in lieu if the customer goes directly to the dealership center and request a new one with the same validity period as the old one.
5. The fingerprint, image and signature is compulsory in the replacement process.
6. Payment of due fees.
In case of applying for the service within the center of the customers, the immediate service fee is AED 150 and the required service fees are charged.
