Please note that keeping employee’s passport is illegal
Workers who’s their employers hold back their passports have to file their complains in this regard to the Ministry of Administrative Development, Labor and Social Affairs
Article 52 of Law 4/2009 has provisions for imposing fines on sponsors for the violations relating to the employees’ passports
