We would like to inform you that the cancelation of the NOC will allow the worker to freely change the employer after the end of the initial trial period. In the event that the worker wants to change the employer during this period, the new employer must pay the recruitment and employment costs of the original employer.
Based on the decision on exit permits, domestic workers, employees of government and public institutions, workers at sea, and casual workers and agricultural workers will be able to leave the country freely, temporarily or permanently, without the need to obtain permission from the employer.
  This decision includes all workers not covered by Law No. 13 of 2018, which abolished the requirement to obtain exit permits for most workers subject to the Labor Law.
