We would like to inform you that depression is a mental illness that causes feelings of sadness, frustration and lack of appetite for life and the symptoms of depression are:
 
- Feeling constant sadness without reason and isolation from others
 
- Severe nervousness and mood swings
 
- Feeling tired and tired of less effort and inability to relax
 
- Sleep disorders
 
- Change in appetite, either up or down
 
- Feeling that your life is meaningless and meaningless
