We would like to inform you that  fine per day for overstayn the UAE, it is as follows:

If the tourist or visitor exceeds the permitted duration of the (visit/ tourism) visa, or the entry permit, he will be considered a violator and will be fined by the competent authorities in the UAE with a fine of 200 AED for the first day and 100 AED for each subsequent day.

Fees are payable at the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs offices, or at the immigration and passport offices at the airport, and an additional charge of AED 100 upon leaving the country.

For UAE residents, the law grants them a grace period of 30 days, either to modify their status and find new sponsorship for them and their families or to leave the country. No penalties will be applied during this grace period.

If the grace period is over and the resident exceeds the 30 days, he / she will be fined with 125 AED for the first day and 25 for each subsequent day.

After six months of exceeding the residence after the grace period and expiry of the residence, he / she will be fined with 50 dirhams for each exceeded day.

After a period of one year, the fine will be increased to AED 100 for each day of violating.

- It is also possible to submit a request to the General Directorate of Residence to reduce the fine of the residence violation at a rate of fifty percent of its value in exchange for a ban against the person and prevent him from entering the UAE for one year.

- Also in the case of getting a work contract, he/ she may apply to amend the status of residence in the UAE and convert it into a work contract after paying the fines.
