breast swelling or getting bigger can be an early sign of pregnancy , but vomiting isnt , but in both cases , you have to medical tests to confirm or deny your pregnancy 
what medical tests can confirm prengnacy :
1. HCG hormone test : 25th day of the current period
2. home pregnancy test : first week of the next period 
3. ultrasound test : second week of the next period 
Early pregnancy signs :
first , you would have delayed period , and you may face increase vigainal discharge  and abodiminal discomfort and change in mood status 
can you medical condition caused by other causes ?
yes , it can be , as breast swelling can be cause by hormones abnormalties , as well as vomiting can be caused by non related medical condition such as unsuitble diets
