We would like to inform you that if you have work in Emirates, you can transfer the sponsorship after the father’s approval under family residence by submitting an application to the General Administration of Residency and Foreigners Affairs accompanied by the request the following documents:
- Application form of residence visa either online or through a licensed printing offices
- A copy of the sponsor's passport and the sponsored (wife and children)
- Photos with a white background for the wife and children
- The original certificate of medical fitness for the wife and children under age of 18
- A copy of the husband's work contract or the company contract, if he is an employer
- A valid work residence permit for the sponsor
- Certificate / salary pay slip of the husband's salary
- A salary pay slip / letter from the employer showing the minimum required monthly salary in the concerned Emirate.
- The marriage contract shall be duly certified
- Attested lease contract
- Recent bill for water and electricity
