Can the UAE 5 years tourist visa be used to work

We would like to inform you that according to the residence law for foreigners, there are no visas for five years, even it is related to golden residency to purchase a property. It cannot be done and it must be transferred to a work visa by searching for a sponsor who agrees to transfer the sponsorship
Note that if you have a visit or tourist visa without a work letter, it is not permissible to work on a tourist visa or visit in the state, but it is possible to work after transferring the visa to work without exit from the state in exchange and pay the transfer fee of approximately AED 570
The difficulty is because of small details, transferring a visa by itself is not difficult at all
