Hii not coming my learning licence

Please note that to get a Drivin licence in the UAE you have to be an UAE resident, aged 18 or older

You should present the following documents: A valid passport with residence visa - copy and original, No objection certificate (NOC) from your employer or sponsor, an existing driving license (from your home country), eight passport-sized photographs, eye test certificate
And the procedures are as following:
First you have to get into a RTA-approved driving school that handle all the necessary paperwork with the RTA office on your behalf,

You will be given a temporary driving license, and the driving school will apply for your theory and road test on your behalf

Please note that if you fail at the road test, you'll have to take 8 more driving lessons before you re-sit the practical again
