As according to the Federal Law Decree on Combating Information Technology Crime, Article 27 criminalized the collection of donations through an electronic medium without a license, which stipulated that "he shall be punished by imprisonment and a fine of no less than AED 250.000 and not exceeding AED500.000 or one of these two penalties: Established or managed a website, supervised it, or published information on the information network, or other information technology medium for calling or promoting fundraising without a license approved by the competent authority.

You can also donate money through the online donation service of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments, endowment bank accounts, phone banking and text messages.
