We would like to inform you that according to the Law, Article (10) stipulate that:
Criminal proceedings may not be instituted in the following offenses except on the basis of a written or oral complaint from the victim or his legal representative:
1. Theft, fraud, breach of trust and concealment of the proceeds if the victim is a spouse of the offender or one of his or her assets or branches, and these objects are not judicially, administratively or overburdened with another person.
2. The child shall not be extradited to those who have the right to request and be removed from the authority of his or her sponsor.
3. Refraining from performing maintenance, custody, lactation, or sentenced housing.
4. Insulting and slandering people.
5. Other offenses provided for by law.
The complaint shall not be admitted three months after the day the victim and the perpetrator learned of the crime, unless the law provides otherwise. This part of the penal notch
The Penal Code also stipulates a punishment for the crime of threat of death in Article (351).
Whoever threatens another person in writing or orally to commit a felony against himself or his money or against a person or the property of others or by entrusting or misrepresenting honorable matters, and this is accompanied by a request or assignment to an order or to refrain from or intended to do so.
Article 352
Whoever threatens to commit a felony against himself or his money or against another person or his money or by assigning dishonest matters of honor or consideration or disclosing them in cases other than those mentioned in the previous article shall be punished with imprisonment.
Article 353
Anyone who threatens another by saying or by doing or by reference in writing, orally or through another person in cases other than those mentioned in the previous two articles, shall be punished with imprisonment for a period not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding ten thousand dirhams.
