However, the law permits transportation for cases of necessity that may be required by occasional circumstances for a period not exceeding thirty days in a year - assigning the worker to work in a place different from the agreed location without requiring his approval, provided that the employer bears the costs of the worker’s transportation and residence during that period.

It is possible to go to the labor office and submit the complaint, as it is the competent authority in resolving labor disputes, unless there is an urgent reason for the transfer and for the period legally specified. Thank you
