I resigned from my company because of cruel...
I resigned from my company because of cruel treatment but my boss did not apply me for visa. My current visa is still amended visit visa and it was cut from my salary. Now my boss don't want to give my last salary and say he will cut my salary for the application of visa which I check online that there is no application of any visa for me and he cannot even provide a transaction receipt in which he says he applied me for a visa. I didn't even seen any work permit visa and I didn't sign any papers of any kind for any application of any visa. My current visit visa is about to expire, how can I get my full salary from my company. Any advise please. Thank you
