Also, after filing the complaint at the police station, you shall obtain the complaint number and date from the police station so that you could follow it up at the Public Prosecution and then at the court after the public prosecutor refers it to court. Also, the punishment for destroying fixed or movable property owned by others is imprisonment and fine or at least one of the two penalties.

Article (389)
Any person who intentionally demolishes, destroys or vandalizes fixed or movable property belonging to another, or makes it unusable for the purpose for which he has been assigned, or has impaired its value or usefulness, or disrupted it in any way, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine not exceeding ten thousand riyals or by one of these penalties, The penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, if the crime is committed by three or more persons.
