I signed a no claim document with my ex employer , that includes I did receive all my rights and I can’t sue them. In the same letter it’s mentioned that in case of dispute both parties will go to UAE courts of law. My question : if I I try to sue them outside UAE and claim further rights for my previous employment time - can they harm me ? Or just they will show the document that I signed and agreed of no claim ?

We would like to inform you that the jurisdiction in disputes that arise between you and the employer is for the courts of the Emirates because the facility in which you work is in the Emirates so you cannot file a lawsuit outside it
In all cases, whether the lawsuit is filed outside or inside the UAE, the clearance that you signed will be highlighted by obtaining all your dues, unless there are other rights for you other than what was signed to be received
