I signed a no claim document with my ex employer in UAE. I would like to know if i go and sue them outside UAE for previous employment rights . Can they harm me or sue me in Uae for suing them outside the country. Knowing that in the document I signed it’s mentioned in time of dispute we can dispute only in UAE courts.
