I have been feeling very thirsty and I urinate much more. My sugar level is 20+ and I have severe Balantis on my penis. I think I may be diabetic, what medicine should I take and what kilogram of Metformin shout I start with?

what is the treatment of diabetes mellitus type 2 ?
  • the best treatment is to visit your family medicine practisioner as soon as possible for the right diagnosis and the correct treatment
  • the 1st drug of choice should be in that case a healthy diet and sport and try to reduce the weight and the drugs are no longer the 1st line treatment fot the daibetes type 2 
  • metformin but the dose depends upon the A1C level that you have and should mesure
  • the drugs from the family of sulfonylureas such as amaryl 
  • meglitinides such as starlix 
  • ddp-4 inhibitors such as sitagliptin 
  • glp1 receptor agonist such as victoza 
  • insulins by all of its kinds and classess  dependig uopn the patient status
