My nasal report arrived saying: A non displaced...
My nasal report arrived saying:
A non displaced fracture lines are seen traversing the well as left nasal bones
Minimal mucosal thickening of the right maxillary antrum
Patent ositomeatal units and sphenoethmodial recesses
Partially defective inferior nasal turbinates
Bowing of nasal septum convex to the right side with small bony spur seen at its convex boarder
Can you pls explain to me what does this report means? And does this need surgery? Can this be from my asthma?

We your reports say
That there is nasal fracture but it's stable and not cause complication especially of left nasal bone in transverse line
There is mild mucosa thickening as a some sort of sinusitis but nasal for amen are patent and not obstructed
And there is defect in last one of nasal septum
There is also deviation of nasal septum to the right side
Well you may need surgery for nasal septum deviation but after complete relief of fracture line
Nasal septum deviation can exaggerate asthma symptoms but it is not the main cause as it lead to difficult breathing
