HiI have a concern related to a case we open against one hotel. We don’t know what it leads to because we just submitted a police report for now. My son who’s 2 yo and 11 months had an accident at the play area within the hotel facility. We came to know that the play house was temporary built on Christmas day. My son was about to climb on the step but the platform has slipped and my son slipped too resulting to bumping his head on the metal of the platform in which resulted to laceration injury and lead to emergency surgery which luckily covered by insurance. We are complaining that the play area was not safe for the children to play hence there has been a negligence from the hotel side or whoever has installed the play area.In this case, what kind of case can we file against the hotel?
