How many days i get visa to my girl friend

We would like to inform you that if your girlfriend is in Philippines, she can come to with a tourist visa, since obtaining this visa is easy and can be obtained within a short period not to exceed 14 days.
As for obtaining a visit visa, it is difficult because she does not have a marriage relationship, and she has to go to the Kuwaiti embassy in Philippines and apply for the visa, and she must attach the following documents:
1) Copy of a valid passport for at least six months 
2) Two photographs with the same specifications of passport photo with white background for each
3) booking flight
4)Booked in a hotel 
5)Bank Statement
