Hi have minor vaginal irritation its not too much...

Treatment of vaginal irritation:

It depends on the cause, and till the right diagnosis you can use the following treatment:

• Flagyl 500 mg three times daily
• Ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily
• Diktazole vaginal suppositories once daily before sleep for three days
•  Miconazole cream twice daily

Causes of vaginal irritation:

Many causes can lead to such complain as

• Fungal infection which associated with white discharge, burning sensation, bad odor
• Bacterial infection associated with yellow-green discharge, burning sensation
• UTI
• Allergy...etc

Diagnosis of the cause of vaginal irritation:

It depends on the clinincal examination of a gynacologist and investigations as:

• PAP smear
• Urine analysis
• Abdomen and pelvis ultrasound

What i advise you?

Before taking any mediction you have to rule out pregnancy
And you have to drink good amount of water daily and avoid salts.
