I had ban in one of company Named "Aman Middle...
I had ban in one of company Named "Aman Middle East Typing Centre" residing in Abu Dhabi. I cancelled my Residency before 6 months then shifted to another Job named " Shadi Tools". But When i cancelled my visa, ministry Put ban at me. And that ban was inactive when i applied skilled level Job with Bachelor Degree. Now the problem is that i completed my 2 year visa and cancelled it and moved to another Company. when New company has applied my residency permit. That ban was active again. After that i did consult with Ministry representative, they have informed me that you should apply with 7000 Dirhams Contract. Then you can lift your ban.

The employee can object to the work ban or remove it by submitting an application for grievance through the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Settlement and its e-mail or a facilitation center and attach all the documents that confirm the lack of entitlement to that prohibition and the worker will receive a reference number in his request and there is a committee in the ministry headed by the agent and membership of inspection agents and assistants working in addition to some department managers who will study these requests and decide to lift or maintain the ban and then notify the worker of the decision of the Committee

Yes it is. But i have request for lift the ban and sent to ministry of labour 2 times. But everytime they rejected.

In the event the removal of the ban is refused several times despite the removal of its cause in this case, you must appeal the refusal decision before the administrative judiciary, as it is the authority with jurisdiction to challenge the final administrative decisions
